Clean sweep at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards for Dukelease and Rolfe Judd, taking home the award for Best Conversion and the coveted Grand Prix Award
May 2016
At a packed ceremony held in the ballroom of The Dorchester hotel on Friday 20th May, Dukelease and Rolfe Judd were presented with the award for Best Conversion and the prestigious Grand Prix Award for their development, Artisan.
Judged by industry experts and Evening Standard readers, the awards recognised excellence across the housing spectrum - from first-time buyer flats to family houses and mansions. The final decision was made by a panel of design, regeneration and sustainability experts.
After being presented with the prize for ‘Best Conversion’, the most highly entered category, Artisan then scooped up the top prize of the day, the coveted ‘Grand Prix Award’.
Identified as one of central London’s most ambitious and challenging development sites, Artisan was commended for its sensitive yet distinctly unique design and innovative broken plan layouts.
Taking no less than seven years to come to fruition, Artisan has been a challenge, an opportunity and a journey. Winning the Evening Standard New Homes Awards is validation of the hard work Dukelease and Rolfe Judd have put into this development and we are extremely proud to have taken the top prize amongst so many other fantastic London developments.
