Monday 6th July marked the launch of Dukelease Properties’ flagship development at 61 Oxford Street where 300 key players from London’s property industry celebrated the launch of this new landmark building.
Guest Speaker Councillor Robert Davis of Westminster City Council congratulated Dukelease, British Airways Pensions Trustees and architects Allford Hall Monaghan Morris on their innovative design and vision in delivering the first new build scheme in the regeneration of Oxford Street’s previously forgotten east end.
Joined by David Smith of Wates Construction and Simon Allford of Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, Dukelease CEO Richard Leslie expressed his delight in seeing such an important project come to fruition after five years of hard work and conveyed his gratitude to all who have been involved throughout the journey.
