Dukelease start on site on its new £200M development in Fitzrovia

Dukelease and its development partner Art-Invest Real Estate, has commenced its residential development in Cleveland Street Fitzrovia. Demolition and underpinning were completed by Erith in March 19 with substructure works due to complete in the autumn. Superstructure is due to commence in November once the main design and build contractor has been appointed.
