Dukelease and GolDev join forces on Woking development

Dukelease Properties, has formed a joint venture with specialist mixed-use developer, GolDev, to spearhead the total rebuilding of Woking Football Club’s Stadium and the surrounding area to deliver new residential quarter containing 1,000 apartments, shops and other community benefits.
Dukelease Properties is a boutique developer based in central London, with a proven track record in creating distinctive projects across the residential, retail and commercial sectors. Its expertise in developing complex sites has resulted in a portfolio of almost £1bn in value.
Goldev Woking Ltd combines Dukelease Properties’ proven track record and GolDev’s experience with complicated planning and land ownership opportunities. The company has been working closely with local councillors and stakeholders throughout the planning process. The delivery of homes as part of the project responds to Woking’s current housing need and creates a new stream of revenue for the club.
