25 Buckingham Gate Planning Consent Acheived

At a Westminster City council planning committee meeting on December 2, Dukelease Properties won consent to redevelop Eggington House at 25-28 Buckingham Gate SW1. The neo-Georgian interwar building, currently used as office space will be replaced with a Squire and Partners-designed residential block comprising 24 apartments.

Councillor David Boothroyd said he thought the design of the replacement building really stood out whilst Councillor Robert Davies stated that the building was 'beautiful' and praised the attention to detail. Councillor Davies noted that the new development met all the policy requirements and that he was happy with the scheme.

Dukelease are excited to see this exciting addition to their portfolio take shape and witness their contribution to the rejuvenation of London’s royal historic area
