Property development is the core of our business, but in our pursuit of market-leading products delivered on time and within budget, Dukelease has for many years practised construction management. That means, on selected schemes, we choose to manage the whole construction phase ourselves, and whereby our own site-based construction management teams select and employ all subcontractors directly.
